Yarra Burn was responsible for the first Yarra Valley sparkling wine, creating their initial product in 1983. Reflecting the benefits of cool climate vineyard sites, the resulting wines show finesse and elegance while using the classic Champagne varieties of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

Yarra Burn Sparkling Premium Cuvee is blended from select parcels of classic sparkling varieties sourced from premium Victorian vineyards.

A pre-dominance of cool-climate fruit ensures elegance of structure and longevity. Coupled with extended maturation, the wine displays great depth. A bright and lively sparkling with hints of citrus and toasty complexity.
